I have been associated with self improvement instructing since the mid eightties and when I primarily began, my fellow coaches were essentially spectacular individuals who all impatiently wanted professional coach teaching. These people were desperate to look for the information, instruction and skill-sets to fine-tune and enhance their natural coaching capacity.

As of late I've been bumping into a great deal of of regular people who are labeling themselves life coaches however, they have personally had no coach schooling or simply just attended a holiday weekend coaching skills training and guessed that's as much as necessary. Indeed, just the other day I found a life instructor and I quizzed him about his background and training and it seems he had been an astrologist now calling himself a life coach for the reason that that's the hot thing. Pardon me, but what's wrong with calling oneself an astrologist?

I have also encountered therapists and specialists who're now labelling themselves self development mentors though they've virtually no coach training at all. This diary is my endeavor to organize the wheat in the chaff. It's my project to guard the name of all the really good life coaches these days so to look after the public at the same time.
